What’s included in SourcingFlow purchasing software pricing
Every plan includes the full purchasing workflow: purchase requests, quote comparison, order tracking, delivery checks and invoice matching. There are no separate modules to unlock and no hidden add-on fees for core functionality — the price above is what you pay, whether you use SourcingFlow for one purchasing category or ten.
Support, updates and onboarding help fall within the same purchasing software pricing. Most teams are live with their first purchase request within a day of signing up, without help from an implementation partner.

Do I need an implementation project?
No. Getting access and submitting your first request is a matter of minutes, not an IT project.
What if we work with more than 5 people?
Each license covers 5 users, and one user can hold several roles. Need more? Add the next block of 5 users yourself: two blocks (up to 10 users) simply cost twice the price, €460 per month or €4,800 per year. Need more than two license packs (10+ users)? Get in touch so we can help you scale sensibly.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The purchasing software pricing above is what you pay: no setup fee and no minimum contract beyond the monthly or annual term you choose.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
All prices shown are excluding VAT.
Can I use a different currency?
Yes. You set your own base currency during onboarding. Besides Euro, SourcingFlow currently also supports British Pound, US Dollar, Swiss Franc, Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone and Swedish Krona.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can delete your data within SourcingFlow at any time. We recommend exporting anything you want to keep first — deleted data may remain in our backups for a limited period before it’s permanently removed. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Where is my data hosted?
In a datacentre in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, under Dutch and EU law — free from software that could force your data to be handed over to a foreign government. See our Privacy Policy for details.
