This Privacy Policy explains how Spic&Scan B.V. (“we”, “us”), Ambachtsweg 25, 5627 BZ Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KVK 81100795), handles personal data when you visit the SourcingFlow website, sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with us as a visitor or prospective customer.
This Policy covers our website and marketing activities only. If you are a SourcingFlow customer, the personal data your organization enters into the SourcingFlow application (for example, contact details of your own users or of your suppliers) is handled under our separate Data Processing Agreement, not under this Policy, because in that context we process data on your organization’s instructions rather than for our own purposes.
What data we collect
- Data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, and company information, for example through a signup form or when contacting our support.
- Automatically collected data: via cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and interaction with our content.
- Data from third parties: for example via partners, service providers, or social media platforms you interact with.
Why we collect it, and on what basis

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for: signup and enquiry data for as long as you remain subscribed or until 3 years after your last interaction with us, whichever is earlier; data we are legally required to retain longer (for example for tax purposes) for the statutory period that applies. We delete or anonymize data once these periods have passed.
Your rights

- have your data corrected or deleted;
- object to certain types of processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- request a copy of your data (data portability).
